Product Highlight

fineLine directLaser!

Since the mid 1990s, Computer-to-Screen imaging technology has made sporadic technological advances.

2016 is another one of these memorable turning points.

dlpic is proud to introduce its fineLine directLaser! digital screen image setter — powered by Lüscher Technologies — with resolutions of 2540, 5080 and 10160 dpi. For the first time ever, leading screen printing companies targeting the wide range of industrial and technical market segments will be able to use this process defining technology to produce screens with 30 micron (0.001”) thick lines and spaces, 1 point type and line counts of >130 lpi. Business opportunities not available to our screen printing industries before are now a reality.

Eliminating any film with associated process chemicals and time-consuming, costly intermittent productions steps, fineLine directLaser! produces top quality screen printed products fast and easy digitally. The patented direct screen imaging process with up to 128 laser diodes from Lüscher Technologies is in daily operation in the offset and flexo printing markets worldwide. With an equipment installation base of more than 1,000 machines and over 80,000 lasers, our industry-leading equipment and laser warranty for the life of the equipment is undeniable proof of the maturity of this imaging technology.  READ MORE
