An automatic developing system with a reciprocating, splash-free processing tower that allows for adjusting cycle times to perfectly match the mesh/emulsion combination. Screens are processed simultaneously from both sides utilizing the unique Zentner oscillating spray technology that eliminates any possible streaks.

This system can easily be integrated into an inline Computer-to-Screen imaging system which results in enhanced processing automation, efficiency and controllability. Automatic electronic scanning of actual screen size optimizes operating time and significantly reduces water usage.

A choice of different programmable processing menus can be stored for different mesh/emulsion combinations or any other intricate screen developing challenges. Running processing programs can be followed and monitored in real time.
