fineLine directLaser! — powered by Lüscher Technologies — is the digital vertical image setter for direct screen imaging that provides large format screen printing with unique advantages. The vertical machine version operates with exactly the same high-powered UV direct laser diode light source, the identical fiber-coupled laser diodes and the same high-quality Swiss made optics as the smaller flatbed models.

With sizes of up to 10 x 20 ft (3 x 6 meters), the model series VT is available with resolutions of 600, 1200 or 2400 dpi and can be equipped with up to 128 laser diodes. The modular machine design allows for future productivity upgrades by adding groups of 16 laser diodes to an initial image head design. The vertical fineLine directLaser! machines are ready for inline processing configurations that include loading and off-loading magazines, developing and other processes.
