In partnership with Schilling Graphics, Galion, OH this separate and clean room department is designated to produce small screens for the technical and industrial screen printing trade and to conduct extensive image testing with our customer’s own screens and stencil materials. Interested customers can ship their coated screens to Galion or we can make test screens based on customer’s exact screen making parameters.
This is the only such elaborate testing site in the USA where wide-ranging screen imaging tests can be arranged. In addition, this unique location allows for compelling comparison of our fineLine directLaser! (dual resolution of 2540 and 5080 dpi) with the DMD based, LED equipped imaging technology under the same roof!
